Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Warranty. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

Returns

If you want to return your item, please contact us at ngiteam@nginstitute.com.au. Each customer is limited to one return or exchange per customer. Returns are only permitted on your first order. Request for returns must be received within 180 days of your package being delivered and must be sent to back to us within 30 days of your return request.

Risk of loss and title for any items purchased from NGI pass to you upon delivery of such item to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
